Friday! I just love Fridays! Well, it’s kind of a love/hate relationship… I love them because that means 2 days of freedom ahead.. but I hate them because they are always the longest damn days at work!

The workout this morning went well! It was challenging and I had a hard time keeping my pants up, but I was proud of myself when it was over. It took less time than I anticipated and the next time around I plan to rest less to get it going even faster!

Well, this was the final workout of my 4week crossfit-inspired cycle. As I mentioned yesterday, I’ll be starting back at day 1 on Monday and changing my Tues/Thurs workouts to my 8k training. I hope my body is ready for this! I know my mind is J I’m really excited! I love working out SO much, I wish I had more time to dedicate to it but I’m glad that I have the time I do and that my body is getting stronger and allowing me to do more things!
Food Today:
Breakfast: Mocha protein shake immediately after workout
Fresh juice of spinach, apples (green & red), raspberries, blueberries, carrots, grapes and cranberries. YUM!
Snack:
Oatmeal w/ cinnamon, raisins and goji berries
Lunch:
Leftover veg chili w/ brown rice and a small piece of vegan cornbread
Snack:
Protein tofu
Dinner:
TBD – I want to make these vegan oven baked onion rings that’s in my cook book but I still have a ton of leftovers that we should probably get through before I cook anything else… L
I’ll be weighing in tomorrow morning and I’m hoping for a loss this week! I can see/feel my body composition changing and that is the important part but it just makes me feel good to see it on the scale as well. J
I don’t have much planned for this weekend.. I need to buy a couple of gifts, and I would like to do some holiday crafting and hang our Christmas lights! I’m going to allow my body to rest this weekend so I can get ready for training next week! Did I mention that I’m excited?
