Monday 10/3

Hello there! Sorry for the late post, everytime I tried to post earlier today something came up and I was never able to complete it :(
But here we are! I'll keep it brief...
Food Today
Breakfast
Mocha protein shake

Snack
Oatmeal raisins cinnamon

Lunch
Sauteed zucchini, squash, onion and tofu

Snack
Trail mix

Snack
Protein tofu

Dinner
Snacked my way through dinner with organic blue corn chips & salsa, protein tofu and ww pita chips

I didn't go to the gym this morning, nora didn't sleep well at all last night which means I got pretty much no sleep :( keeping my fingers crossed for a good night tonight!

That's all tonight... Sorry so short but I need to get this little girl to bed! AdiĆ³s!
