Hello!
So I got a great surprise this morning from the good ol scale! I knew that I had gained when I was in Chicago and I was really nervous to see where I was at this point considering I’ve only been to the gym like twice over the last 2 weeks BUT I weighed-in this morning at 244.5! So not only have I lost the weight I picked up in Chicago, but an additional 3.5 lbs!! I’m super excited J
Again, I didn’t go to the gym this morning, I had some things I needed to take care of at mi casa before work. For dinner last night I had sautéed zucchini, squash, tofu and onion seasoned w/ garlic, oregano, basil and red pepper flake. I sprinkled a tiny bit of goat cheese that I had left and it was yummy!

Breakfast:
Mocha Protein Shake
Snack:
Oatmeal w/ raisins & cinnamon
Lunch:
Brown rice w/ carmelized onion and roasted sweet potatoes (as I planned to eat yesterday, Branden surprised me and took me to lunch instead J)
Snack:
Protein Tofu
Snack:
All-natural fruit & nut trail mix
Dinner:
TBD
So this weightloss report really has me feeling SO much better! It makes me feel even better about starting this Crossfit training on Monday and continuing on my path. It’ funny, I was feeling SO terrible and bloated and giant, but I have gotten a few comments over the last week that I look ‘so skinny’. Obviously, skinny I am not – but I thought people were crazy b/c I seriously thought I had gained like 10lbs! Color me happy J
Not much time today, a ton of stuff to do so I must be going!
