Picture Day

Well, I’m feeling MUCH better today.  I went to the gym this morning and did my treadmill session (even with the bad shoes) and so far, so good.  I do plan to go to get fitted for some new running shoes today though, hopefully on my lunch period if I have time!  For dinner last night, I made tacos for Branden and Nora and I had a taco salad (browned Turkey meat w/ onions and poblano peppers w/ romaine lettuce, black bean puree [left over from Mexican Pizzas], salsa and cilantro).  It was pretty tasty! 
I didn’t go on a walk last night as I was scared to further aggravate my hip.  (Although we did walk up to Nora’s music class J)  I think the walks are far rougher on my knees/hip than the running b/c I’m running on a treadmill but walking on hard concrete... but hopefully all will be well after I get some new shoes J.

I felt pretty good walking out of there!  I don’t know that my arms were worked as hard as I would have liked, Branden gave me a couple of ideas for different exercises that I’m going to try on the next arm day.

Well, today is picture day!  Honestly, I don’t see much of a change from last month.  Mostly in my neck/chin area and a bit around my waist... but nothing that really stands out.  However, I do FEEL the difference, which is nice.  Hopefully once I get this shoe situation in check and back into a regular routine with working out and eating, I can start losing a lot more.  Again, I’ll post last month’s picture first, followed by this month:

Well, that’s about all I have for today!  I’m not posting the weights b/c I didn’t weigh myself this morning and I want it to be exact... I’ll post my weight as usual on Monday!

  1. I’m sorry that I am completely obsessed with your blog and comment on all of them but, wow you look awesome! You can tell it in your body for sure but majorly in your face- you look soooo good!!!

  2. Wow! Your pictures are beautiful. I LOVE it! Well, glad you posted them I was dying to see how great you were looking. You lost weight in all the right places and I bet your look awesome in your dresses. Congrats and keep it up!! :)
