Gearing Up

So I worked out this morning with Bree.  To say the least, my energy has been DOWN this week.  I felt really bad not being able to be as motivational as I would have liked. 
Monday is my big day, though!  My husband, Branden, made up a 5 day rotating workout routine and my OCD brain makes me uncomfortable starting it on any day other than Monday... so... Monday it is!  I've been using the generic workouts this week as 'warm-ups' so I don't die when I start kickin my ass next week!
My Monday workout is as follows:

I'm pretty comfortable with everything OTHER than the Flutter Kicks... those are a son of a bitch.  Oh and I'm not quite sure what "Lying Oscillating Leg Lifts w/ Ball" means, I suppose I should find that out before trying it Monday? ha!
I'll follow-up on Monday to see how it went and post Tuesdays workout!  I'm thinking about logging my food intake as well?  NOT for this week (it hasn't been pretty) but when I start buckling down next week?  I'm debating on joining Weight Watchers online.  I've never been one to buy into the fad diets, but I have heard quite a few success stories and it's been around forever.. and it's relatively easy to follow so I figure I might just give it a shot!
